If you would like to submit equipment for servicing, please fill out the COMPLAINT FORM.
Ułatwi nam to przyjęcie zgłoszenia i zamówienie kuriera po odbiór przesyłki.

After proper verification and approval, a waybill and confirmation of the courier order will be sent to the email address you provided.

If another device for warranty repair appears before the courier picks up your shipment, please pack all devices into one collective package, not exceeding 30 kg.

For claims related to gasoline chainsaws, generators, and other devices containing fuel, please empty the fuel tanks.

For claims related to gasoline grass trimmers, please empty the fuel tank and send the device without the shaft (unless the defect concerns the shaft).

In case of damaged shipments, please fill out a complaint report in the presence of the courier and request confirmation of the complaint from the courier.

Immediately send the report to the email address: serwis@vertexnarzedzia.pl.
For hidden damages, please report the complaint within 5 days.
Claims submitted after this period or without the procedure of the complaint report will not be accepted by VERTEX Ltd.
